About the role

EmployHealth is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver on‑site workplace health programs for leading Australian businesses. You will design and implement proactive, preventative musculoskeletal programmes that help employees recover quickly and stay healthy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on musculoskeletal assessments and evidence‑based manual therapy to clients at their workplace.
• Develop and deliver tailored preventative health programmes that improve employee wellbeing and reduce injury risk.
• Build rapport with workers and collaborate with employers to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.

Required profile

• Passionate about hands‑on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Committed to professional development and innovation in workplace health.
• Registered with APHRA and eligible to work in Australia.
