Workforce Compliance Coordinator

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is hiring a Workforce Compliance Coordinator in South Australia. Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, the role ensures operational compliance by monitoring employees' licences, training and certificates, client site requirements and compliance with relevant Industrial Instruments. It also contributes to providing excellent customer service to customers, clients and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client site briefs so all requirements stay up to date
• Create new clients in internal systems, build roster schedules and post requirements
• Ensure shifts are covered by trained, licensed and qualified employees
• Follow up on expired licences, qualifications and clearances and report them to management
• Create and schedule employee roster assignments in line with applicable Industrial Instruments
• Monitor clock-in/out reports and exceptions
• Handle call centre-style work overseeing employee rostering, effective coverage, adherence to fatigue guidelines and client-specific compliance

Required profile

• Experience understanding and interpreting Industrial Instruments
• Extensive experience in high-volume employee rostering
• Call centre experience is desirable but not essential

Required skills

• High computer literacy, including MS Office and exposure to rostering software
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills
