White-Collar Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Monadelphous is looking for a White-Collar Recruitment Specialist to join its team at the Brisbane head office in Milton. You will recruit professional, technical and leadership talent across Monadelphous's Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Industrial Services and Corporate businesses, working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify workforce needs, build talent pipelines and deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Source, attract and engage professional and technical talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Deliver market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
• Develop strong relationships with internal customers and external talent networks.
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and candidate records.

Required profile

• Previous white-collar recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering, resources or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting technical, professional and trades management positions.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
• Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Interpreting market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions.
