Website Developer (Craft CMS & PHP)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Website Developer who specializes in Craft CMS and PHP to shape the core logic of our digital platforms. You will primarily focus on server‑side architecture and database design while also collaborating with the front‑end team to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server‑side logic using modern PHP practices.
• Create and optimise relational database schemas and complex SQL queries for high performance.
• Integrate internal and third‑party APIs to extend application functionality.
• Support front‑end developers by implementing UI components and ensuring data is rendered efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough testing to minimise production bugs.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the full web request lifecycle, from server processing to DOM rendering.
• Experience working in a collaborative, marketing‑focused team environment.
• Logical problem‑solving approach with a focus on security and optimisation.

Required skills

• Craft CMS (or similar headless CMS)
• Advanced PHP with experience in MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
• SQL and relational database design
• JavaScript, React, and modern CSS
• Git version control
