Webflow Website Developer & Digital Designer

About the role

A leading Australian online real estate platform, which helps over 1.4 million homeowners a year find the right agent, is hiring a Webflow website developer and digital designer. The role sits in the marketing team and owns the build and performance of the website in Webflow, while providing ongoing digital design support for campaigns across web, social and email. It is a hands-on position with a direct line to conversion and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise landing pages and templates, improve UX/UI across mobile and desktop, and manage Webflow CMS content and structured collections
• Integrate Webflow with Braze and analytics platforms, and build lead capture tools such as calculators and fee estimators
• Keep the site strong on Core Web Vitals and Google's landing page quality requirements
• Lead the SEO/GEO agency partner and run the CRO program, including research, design concepts, Optimizely A/B tests and reporting
• Create paid and organic social, display and landing page creative, maintain brand consistency and build templates, design systems and Figma guidelines
• Support agencies with concepts and briefs for TVCs, social video and photography shoots, and explore thoughtful uses of AI with human review

Required profile

• 5+ years in website development, including 2+ years in Webflow
• Experience managing SEO/GEO agency partners and improving Core Web Vitals
• Understanding of UX/UI, CRO and responsive design
• Experience integrating with Braze, HubSpot or similar, and lite back-end development
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication

What we offer

• Salary of $150,000 to $160,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Hybrid working: 4 days in the Melbourne office, 1 day from home
• Start date as soon as possible
