Wash Bay Supervisor

About the role

SIXT Australia is hiring two full‑time Wash Bay Supervisors for its Brisbane Airport location. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard and support a safe, efficient team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning, inspection and preparation of rental vehicles to maintain asset quality.
• Lead, communicate and motivate the detailing team to meet daily targets.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices, identifying hazards promptly.
• Prioritise and delegate tasks, monitor workflows and drive operational efficiency.
• Train, mentor and develop team members to ensure consistent high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability to inspire a high‑performing detailing team.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6 am to midnight, including weekends and public holidays.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Vehicle detailing or cleaning experience preferred (not essential).
• Current provisional or full driver’s licence and legal right to work in Australia.
