About the role

The Warranty Serviceman & Quality Assurance Officer plays a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of building and construction projects. The position covers managing warranty claims, carrying out quality inspections and working with teams to uphold high standards of workmanship, while helping customers stay satisfied and keeping work compliant with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Carry out thorough quality inspections on completed projects to check compliance with specifications.
• Work with construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on warranty claims and quality assessments.
• Train and guide staff on quality assurance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, claims and resolutions.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with completed work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warranty or quality assurance role within the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering or a related field are preferred.
