Warehouse Team Leader – Inbound/Inventory

About the role

Join Miele’s Supply Chain team as a Warehouse Team Leader, overseeing inbound and inventory operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will ensure the accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of premium products while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day coordination of warehouse activities, guaranteeing accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and warehouse audits to ensure inventory integrity.
• Oversee returns, scrapping and compliance processes, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist the Warehouse Manager in achieving KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Forklift licence.
• Experience with SAP or similar warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse safety practices.
