Warehouse Team Leader - Automotive Parts

About the role

A newly created, full-time permanent role with a leading Australian automotive parts business in the Enfield area. The client is a well-established automotive parts distributor running a busy warehouse that serves customers and distribution centres across Australia, and is looking for a hands-on team leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
• Coordinate team workloads and maintain productivity
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock transfers and cycle counts
• Support staff through training, coaching and leadership
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment
• Liaise with transport, customer service and sales teams

Required profile

• Previous warehouse team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong inventory and freight knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Forklift licence highly regarded
• Open only to Australian citizens or residents, or people with full working rights in Australia; no international applications or sponsorship accepted
