Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

A growing business in Brisbane is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and support its continued growth. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee activities from receipting through to dispatch, keeping inventory accurate, operations efficient and service standards high. You will also build team capability, maintain safety standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receipting, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Supervise, coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Drive inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Manage warehouse workflows, resources and transport schedules to meet operational targets.
• Champion safety, compliance and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role.
• Current LF Forklift Licence and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
