Warehouse Supervisor (Day Shift) - Minto

About the role

Redox, an ASX-listed raw material and ingredients distributor, is looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Minto day shift (6am-2:06pm) in a full-time permanent position. The workplace is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure everyone entering the warehouse and its grounds follows Redox's policies, procedures and site-specific work health and safety conditions.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and related logistics, working with the Store Manager to drive DIFOT performance.
• Mentor, induct and train warehouse operatives on processes, systems and operational tasks.
• Apply inventory best practice, including unpacking containers, stock storage, location, segregation, quantities, packaging, labelling and housekeeping.
• Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene, keeping GMP and HACCP compliance and general cleanliness across the warehouse and grounds.
• Carry out timely warehouse, MHE and safety maintenance and inspection tasks, remedial actions and reporting.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve performance, and identify improvements and resolve quality issues with the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on front-line experience.
• Tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Transport or a related discipline highly regarded.
• Current Australian forklift licence (LF class).
• Eligible to work in Australia; successful applicants must pass a National Police History check and drug and alcohol screening.

• Leadership and communication skills with staff at all levels.
• Knowledge of WHS state and federal legislation.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods and hazardous substances regulatory handling and storage.
• Time management, reporting and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a well-paced, physically active environment.
