Transport Support Officer - Minto

About the role

Redox, an ASX-listed raw material and ingredients distributor, is looking for an experienced Transport Support Officer to join its transport office in Minto, South-West Sydney. The role supports the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the wider Operations Team. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and write consignment notes
• Arrange freight bookings for deliveries and receipts
• Record and reconcile pallet transactions
• Manage inventory and resolve stock variances or quality issues
• Track and upload proof of deliveries
• Release forward orders
• Compile delivery run sheets and store reports
• Laminate Emergency Information Panels (EIPs)
• Respond to sales and marketing queries and assist sales representatives and other staff
• Handle general administrative duties and customer service
• Ensure staff and site visitors comply with Redox's policies, procedures and site-specific WHS conditions

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Curious, resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers and analysis of large data sets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, customer centric and detail oriented
• Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with strong time management
• Dangerous goods experience is an advantage
• Must be eligible to work in Australia and pass a National Police History check
