Warehouse & Service Coordinator

About the role

Revo Fitness is seeking a Warehouse & Service Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, equipment servicing and maintenance across its club network. Reporting to the Warehouse & Service Manager, you will work with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and technicians to ensure clubs run safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment servicing, preventative maintenance and warranty activities for designated clubs.
• Monitor work orders, allocate parts and follow up with contractors, suppliers and technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate service records and keep maintenance systems up to date.
• Support warehouse functions including inventory management, goods receipting, dispatch and stock replenishment.
• Allocate parts and manage inventory to enable efficient service delivery.
• Assist with logistics for technician vehicles, warehouse equipment and plant.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and service technicians to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Raise purchase orders and support administration of maintenance and service activities.
• Maintain contractor compliance documentation and support WHS initiatives.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse and service processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in facilities, warehouse, safety or service coordination.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors or maintenance activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety practices.

Required skills

• Experience using business systems for reporting, maintenance coordination or inventory management.
