Supply Planner – Ringwood, Australia

About the role

In this exciting role you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a valid finished‑goods supply plan covering a rolling 24‑month horizon. The plan must ensure product availability to meet market demand while keeping inventory within company policy and driving continuous improvement of the planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term end‑to‑end supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items.
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction objectives.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to continuously improve the supply plan.
• Maintain the integrity of system data and information used for supply planning.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules, long‑range plans and material requirement plans using system tools.
• Support and implement improvements to increase fill rate, reduce inventory and waste.

Required profile

• Experience in an FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast‑moving industry with shelf‑life constraints.
• Experience working in an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive key priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data.
• Team player who can collaborate daily with multiple functions.
