Warehouse Assistant

About the role

SeneGence is expanding its Australian operations and needs a reliable Warehouse Assistant to keep its distribution centre running smoothly. You will support the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring accuracy and safety at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming goods, verifying quantity and condition.
• Store items in designated locations following safety and procedural guidelines.
• Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
• Label packages and maintain inventory records using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Operate pallet jacks, trolleys and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory management as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre is desirable.
• Physical ability to perform regular manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail when counting and recording inventory.
• Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to health and safety procedures.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or similar warehouse management system).
• Forklift operation (certification preferred).
• Pallet jack and general warehouse equipment operation.
