Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Luxe By Design is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join its team in Brendale, Brisbane. You will help ensure smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while maintaining a safe and organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, process sales orders, pack and dispatch items efficiently.
• Operate the specialised bath lifting machine and forklift safely.
• Schedule and organise product deliveries.
• Participate in stock takes, cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Unload containers, inspect goods for condition and report any issues.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order packing materials and perform regular quality‑control checks.
• Apply FIFO stock rotation and assist in optimising layout and workflow.

Required profile

• At least 12 months experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Current driver’s licence with ability to operate a 4WD and dual‑axle trailer.
• Physically fit, able to handle heavy items safely.
• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage daily workload.
