About the role

Devonport Family Medical Centre, an established mixed-billing General Practice in an eligible DPA location on Tasmania's north-west coast, is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join its team on a full-time or part-time basis. The clinic has a loyal and growing patient base and offers the chance to build a busy, rewarding practice with strong patient demand.

Key responsibilities

• Care for a diverse patient population across all stages of life with clinical autonomy.
• Build a practice covering areas such as skin cancer medicine, chronic disease management, family medicine, women's health, men's health and preventive healthcare.
• Deliver continuity of care to patients.
• Experienced GPs may supervise the next generation of General Practitioners through the clinic's GP Registrar training program.
