Visual Merchandiser - GPO Perth

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a Visual Merchandiser for its GPO store in Perth. The role plays a key part in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence within the store.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify and prioritise visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.

Required profile

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Motivated to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting and driving sales.
• Creative, curious and proactive, and skilled communicator able to lead and inspire store teams.
• Flexible and action oriented.
