About the role

LSH Auto Australia is seeking a qualified Vans Technician to join its Melbourne workshop. You will work with Mercedes‑Benz vans, delivering high‑quality maintenance and repairs while adhering to factory standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex servicing on Mercedes‑Benz vans.
• Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Complete jobs within factory‑specified timeframes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Current automotive qualifications and a valid driver’s licence.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work reliably Monday‑Friday.
