About the role
The V-Lead Technical Consultant will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Appian solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Appian strategy advisor to business and IT leadership, translating requirements into effective solutions.
- Design scalable Appian architectures, integrate with enterprise systems, and oversee development using Appian Designer.
- Develop and enforce Appian governance frameworks, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor developers, and manage platform upgrades.
Required profile
- 6‑8 years of experience with Appian platform, including end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field and Appian Senior/Lead Developer certification.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Appian core platform, Appian Designer, Appian AI, RPA.
- Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, JWT, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure (preferred).
- Enterprise security, middleware, database design, Java, J2EE, micro‑services architecture.
