About the role
WNS Global Services is seeking an Operations Analyst to support analytical and reporting activities within its insurance and related business domains. The role requires strong technical expertise to develop data solutions and visualisations.
Required profile
- Graduate in Computer Science, Actuarial, Analytics or a similar field
- Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant technical experience
- Insurance industry experience desirable
Required skills
- SAS programming – advanced level
- R programming – intermediate to advanced level
- SQL – advanced level
- Excel and dashboarding – intermediate level
- Exposure to BI reporting and visualisation tools such as Cognos, Tableau or R‑Shiny
