User Experience Designer

About the role

Adactin Group is looking for an experienced User Experience Designer to craft intuitive, accessible, and user‑centred digital experiences across multiple content‑rich websites. You will work closely with developers, analysts and stakeholders to translate research insights into effective digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to uncover user needs and improve digital experiences.
• Create user journey maps, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Apply Human‑Centred Design principles and mobile‑first approaches while ensuring WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility compliance.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components and consistent design patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver effective digital solutions.

Required profile

• Strong Figma portfolio demonstrating experience designing content‑rich websites.
• Proven experience in Human‑Centred Design, user research and usability testing.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
