Undergraduate Direct Purchasing Student

About the role

The Undergraduate Direct Purchasing Student position is a paid, full‑time role for 12 months starting July 2026 at Bosch’s Clayton headquarters. You will join the Project Management and Preventive Quality Planning Purchasing team, supporting the procurement of materials and components for mobility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the direct purchasing team with administrative tasks, purchase preparation and SAP data entry.
• Act as the first point of contact for local user departments to coordinate material acquisition.
• Support project purchasing by helping to develop procurement strategies and making recommendations.
• Liaise with the Mobility Automotive Procurement Project Management Team to support work packages.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineering program.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work full‑time for a 12‑month period.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• SAP system usage.
