Tree Worker (Climbing and EWP)

About the role

Tree Care WA, together with Staffmark Pty Ltd, is based in Oldbury, Western Australia, and is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Tree Worker with expertise in tree climbing and/or EWP operation to join its growing team. The company offers vegetation management services to residential, commercial, civil, mining and government clients across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Prune and trim trees from various heights to improve their health, appearance and safety.
• Climb trees or use EWPs to access them for maintenance and assessment.
• Remove trees safely, using climbing or EWP skills for precise control and minimal environmental impact.
• Grind stumps where needed, using modern equipment.
• Assess tree health, diagnose issues and recommend treatments.
• Respond promptly to unexpected tree-related emergencies.

Required profile

• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma; at least 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted instead.
• Certified Tree Worker/Arborist with relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in tree care and maintenance, focused on climbing or EWP.
• Knowledge of local tree species and Western Australia's environmental factors.

What we offer

• Salary of $79,000 - $85,000.
