Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

Luxury Escapes is seeking enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultants to join its customer sales team in Southbank. You will handle a high volume of inbound enquiries and help members create memorable luxury travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email or in‑person and provide accurate information on packages, pricing and upgrades.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, promptly follow‑up on leads and own the sales process from inquiry to booking.
• Resolve customer complaints within defined time‑frames or refer them to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Personable, professional and passionate about helping customers find luxury holidays.
• Proven experience in phone‑based sales, preferably with travel experience.
• Comfortable working to KPIs in a competitive environment and flexible to work shifts between 7 am‑10 pm, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
