Travel & Cruise Consultant – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Join Dreamlines Australia as a Travel & Cruise Consultant and help customers design unforgettable cruise vacations. Working remotely from anywhere in Australia, you will interact with clients via phone and email to build tailored cruise packages and fly‑cruise combinations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and sell cruise packages to inbound leads.
• Curate personalized itineraries, including fly‑cruise and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) options.
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and deposit‑based bonus targets.
• Collaborate with Air & Land Support, ship‑inspection, and customer service teams to ensure seamless bookings.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel or Cruise Consultant in an inbound call‑center environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong telephone sales presence and natural charisma.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working from home.
