Travel Consultant - Groups & Ticketing

About the role

A small, dynamic Travel Management Company (TMC) and member of LINK is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with a strong background in domestic group bookings, airline portals and ticketing. The role manages domestic group travel arrangements from initial booking through to ticketing and final travel documentation, as well as corporate travel bookings, working closely with airline partners, clients and internal team members. The team works remotely with a hub in Kingsgrove.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large domestic group bookings through airline portals, including booking changes, passenger updates and schedule adjustments.
• Handle domestic and international corporate bookings.
• Maintain passenger lists, monitor booking details, reconcile information and track ticketing requirements using Excel spreadsheets.
• Work with SABRE, including NDC content, to support booking and ticketing processes.
• Issue tickets, process exchanges and manage other IATA ticketing requirements.
• Use Tramada to maintain accurate booking records and support travel management processes.
• Communicate with clients, airlines and suppliers to resolve booking queries and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Monitor booking deadlines, ticketing time limits, schedule changes and other travel milestones.
• Provide administrative and operational support so group movements run smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in domestic group bookings, airline portals and ticketing.
• Ability to work with airline partners, clients and internal colleagues to deliver accurate, organised bookings.
