Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator

About the role

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES), a process engineering consulting and contracting company serving the mining and mineral processing industries, is looking for experienced Mobilisation Coordinators to join its Ascot head office team, reporting to the HR Manager. The role suits people with experience in a fast-paced administration environment, ideally in mining or construction, who enjoy accuracy, structure and teamwork. It is based in the Ascot office, which offers free parking and nearby amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with employees
• Issue inductions, onboarding packs and site entry documentation to employees and contractors
• Create and maintain personnel profiles, including medicals, tickets and training records
• Generate Certificates of Competency
• Book and coordinate medicals
• Handle training administration and compliance tracking
• Issue approved PPE to site personnel

Required profile

• Previous experience mobilising personnel to major projects or large mining operations
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights and current residence in Perth
