Transport Coordinator – Logistics Operations

About the role

Centurion is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join its HC & MC Semi division in the Perth Metro area. The successful candidate will plan, schedule and monitor daily loads, ensuring efficient and on‑time deliveries for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily PUD loads for the HC & MC Semi division operating in the Perth Metro area.
• Book and finalise time slots for deliveries and collections.
• Ensure trips are planned efficiently and completed by required cut‑off times.
• Maintain the bookings inbox and approve driver daily run sheets.
• Collaborate with the Transport Supervisor to guarantee driver coverage and run compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar transport or logistics role.
• Strong understanding of the Perth Metro area.
• Ability to work within set shift hours (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday‑Friday).

Required skills

• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS).
