About the role
Transfer Agency is a specialist team delivering daily pricing, cash forecasting and investor statements. The Associate will process transactions, perform AML/KYC checks and ensure compliance with legislation and State Street policies.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and process applications, redemptions, switches and transfers.
- Maintain dealer and adviser records for retail customers.
- Perform unit holder maintenance and respond to queries.
- Conduct AML/KYC checks on new unit holders.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily and monthly operational reporting.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of transaction and customer procedures.
- Understanding of fund accounting concepts and AML/KYC requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
