Training Systems Officer – Navy (Travel Opportunities)

About the role

The Australian Navy is seeking a Training Systems Officer to lead the design, development and management of adult education and vocational training programmes for naval personnel. This role combines instructional expertise with the chance to travel and serve both ashore and at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and evaluate training solutions and workplace assessment processes.
• Manage training governance and administration of assessment systems.
• Facilitate the training and professional development of Navy instructors.
• Identify individual competency needs and provide advice on education policy.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship and minimum age of 17 at appointment.
• Enrolled in or studying a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Vocational Education and Training, Training and Development, Education (STEM) or Secondary Education.
• Recognised degree holders may apply via Graduate Entry.
