About the role
RetroRides is seeking an ambitious Trainee Consignment Specialist to join its national consignment team. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone who loves performance, collector and classic cars and wants to start a career in automotive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Source performance, collector and classic vehicles through phone, email and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, dealers and enthusiasts to secure quality vehicles for the auction platform.
- Research vehicle values, market trends and manage leads through the consignment process.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for cars and confidence speaking to people.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and persistent in follow‑up.
- Motivated by targets, commission and long‑term career growth.
Required skills
- Strong natural communication abilities.
- Organised, energetic and eager to learn.
What we offer
- $60,000 base salary plus superannuation.
