Traffic & Civil Trainer & Assessor

About the role

AusQ Training is seeking experienced traffic management professionals to transition from the field to the classroom as a Trainer & Assessor. You will deliver both accredited and non‑accredited traffic management courses across Western Australia, helping learners develop the skills needed for safer worksites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver traffic management training at North Lake, Bunbury and other customer sites throughout WA.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs.
• Assess learners fairly and accurately, ensuring competency standards are met.
• Represent AusQ Training professionally and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Travel across the Perth metro area and regional locations as required.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain it).
• Minimum three years of experience in traffic management or civil construction.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence, White Card, and National Police Clearance.
• Hold a Main Roads WA Basic Worksite Traffic Management & Traffic Controller accreditation or higher.
• Flexibility to travel frequently, including back‑to‑back weeks.
