About the role
A client of the recruiter is an established supplier of architectural and kitchen hardware to joiners, cabinetmakers and the trade, with an office and showroom in Truganina. It is looking for a member of its team of two in internal sales. You will serve trade customers at the counter, answer the phones and key in orders accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Serve trade customers at the counter
- Answer the phones
- Key in orders accurately
- Learn the product range, which runs to around 2,000 products
Required profile
- Customer service, trade counter or internal sales experience
- Experience with building products, hardware or materials is ideal but not essential
- Good command of English, on the phone and in writing
- Able to work on site in Truganina, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
What we offer
- $60,000 base plus superannuation
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Start as soon as possible; interviews are moving quickly
