Tour Guide – Driver Guide

About the role

SEIT is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its adventure team as Driver Guides. In this role you will lead guests through Australia’s most captivating landscapes, delivering memorable cultural and natural experiences while embodying the company’s Spirit, Emotion, Intellect, and Task values.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate to off‑the‑beaten‑path destinations, ensuring safe and enjoyable travel for guests.
• Guide visitors through emotional and sensory experiences that highlight local stories and scenery.
• Engage with local communities to learn and share their histories, traditions, and insights.
• Promote cultural immersion by facilitating activities that leave lasting impressions.

Required profile

• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Customer‑service experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• NT Vehicle Passenger Authority and Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication abilities and a passion for quality service.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and reasonable physical fitness.
