Total Rewards Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Culture Amp is seeking a Total Rewards Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead fair, equitable, and market‑aligned compensation and benefits programs. You will partner across People, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to run company‑wide compensation and promotion cycles, maintain salary ranges, deliver variable and equity programmes, and support global benefit initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small Total Rewards team to ensure effective execution of all programmes.
• Lead the annual compensation and promotion cycle end‑to‑end, ensuring consistency and equity across regions.
• Own salary range governance, market benchmarking, and pay equity analyses, providing remediation recommendations.
• Build and deliver manager enablement materials on compensation fundamentals.
• Manage the employee equity lifecycle, including ESOP grants and variable‑pay design.
• Partner with Finance to set cycle guardrails, track spend, and ensure auditability.

Required profile

• Strong experience in total rewards and benefits, with a desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing reward activities across multiple geographies and complying with local regulations.
• Proven ownership of annual compensation/promotion cycles, range updates, and exception processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.

Required skills

• Analytical skills for compa‑ratio, pay mix, outlier detection, and cohort modelling.
• Policy and governance expertise to write pragmatic policies and implement controls.
