Tool Sales & Support Representative

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a customer‑focused and technically minded Tools Sales & Support Representative to join Sandvik’s Rock Tools team in Perth. You will drive sales growth, provide technical support and deliver aftermarket solutions for DTH, Top Hammer and Rotary drilling consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through proactive sales and technical support activities.
• Provide expert technical advice, conduct site visits, product inspections and performance assessments.
• Lead customer product trials, testing programs and field evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and secure new business growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Manage warranty claims and support product performance investigations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in surface and/or underground drilling applications within mining.
• Proven sales experience in mining, drilling or a related industrial sector.
• Strong account management and customer‑focus skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to analyse business performance.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of drilling equipment.
• Experience with blasting tools.
• Understanding of drilling consumables (DTH, Top Hammer, Rotary).
