About the role
We are seeking a proactive and personable Therapy Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families and support our team of therapists. This full‑time, onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising appointments, handling admin tasks and making a real impact on children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointments for in‑clinic and mobile therapists and maintain accurate client records.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and web, building strong relationships with clients and families.
- Process accounts receivable, NDIS claims and support therapists with administrative duties.
- Perform general typing, data entry and computer work.
Required profile
- Experience with practice management software (essential).
- Knowledge of NDIS administration or similar funding packages.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
