Territory Sales Manager – Companion Animal

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager – Companion Animal will be based in Brisbane South, covering Queensland up to Toowoomba. You will join a global leader in animal health, driving sales of market‑leading products while receiving full training, a company car, laptop and iPad.

Key responsibilities

• Meet sales and activity targets for the assigned territory and product range.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, vet nurses, store managers and other key stakeholders.
• Use technical services and the MAXX (Salesforce) system to influence customers, deliver technical messaging and plan territory activities.
• Provide technical and sales training to wholesalers and customers, manage product complaints and pricing queries.
• Analyse customer data to identify high‑value targets and record interactions in CRM.

Required profile

• Preferred tertiary degree in business or science.
• Proven commercial success in sales, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• High flexibility, resilience and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Experience using iPad and Salesforce (MAXX) for CRM and data analysis.
