Territory Manager – Joint Replacement

About the role

Join Stryker’s Joint Replacement business and take ownership of the Perth, Western Australia territory. You will drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and provide trusted in‑theatre support for hip and knee replacement procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution.
• Build long‑term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide expert, reliable in‑theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures.
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
• Commercial mindset with end‑to‑end territory ownership.
• Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders.
• Resilience, accountability and a drive to win.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems.
• Confidence working in operating theatres.
