Territory Manager – Agricultural Machinery

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join Agwest Machinery in Geraldton. In this full‑time position you will promote a premium range of agricultural machinery and equipment across the Gascoyne and Midwest regions of Western Australia, helping local farmers improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Kubota, Krone and Gleaner to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain and progress a sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and commission objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident and able to work independently.
• Agricultural experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
