Territory Account Manager – Public Safety & Communications (Australia & NZ)

About the role
L3Harris is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand its Public Safety and Professional Communications portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on police, fire, first‑responder, hydro, and utilities sectors, driving revenue growth and market share for mission‑critical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across the territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis and solution positioning.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Influence procurement decisions and position solutions competitively.
- Deliver presentations and support marketing activities such as events and demos.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to achieve outcomes.
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary customer liaison across technical and delivery teams.
- Execute a robust channel strategy with resellers and regional partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years without a degree.
- Proven success in sales within Public Safety, P25, or related communications technologies.
- Experience working with government agencies.
Required skills
- Knowledge of P25 technology.
- Knowledge of LTE technology.
