TEMS & TDM Lead – Brisbane

About the role

Infosys is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Test Environment Management (TEMS) and Test Data Management (TDM) initiatives in Brisbane. You will shape enterprise‑wide strategies, drive governance, and ensure high‑quality test environments that support multiple releases and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise‑wide TEMS and TDM strategies, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of environment, test‑data, and quality‑engineering professionals.
• Own end‑to‑end provisioning, maintenance, refresh, and support of test environments across releases.
• Establish and manage environment inventory, dependency mapping, release coordination, reservation, scheduling, and health‑monitoring processes.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of TEMS/TDM solutions such as Enov8 and iEDPS.
• Develop and govern test‑data provisioning, masking, sub‑setting, synthetic data generation, and data‑lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Program, Release, Test, and Infrastructure managers as well as business stakeholders to align environment and data needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong background in test environment and test data management within large‑scale enterprise settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
