About the role

InstantScripts is seeking experienced General Practitioners to provide patient‑centred telehealth consultations across Australia. Working as an independent contractor from the comfort of your home, you will deliver high‑quality medical care using a secure, technology‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centred telehealth consultations to Australian patients from home.
• Maintain clinical documentation using the platform’s electronic health record integration.
• Adhere to InstantScripts’ rigorous clinical governance and safety standards.
• Utilise AI‑assisted note‑taking and knowledge‑bank resources to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with the GP Assistance Program and peer community for clinical support.

Required profile

• Fellow/VR GP or GP Registrar with current AHPRA registration (no restrictions).
• Minimum PGY4 experience and right to work in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using digital health tools in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Use of My Health Records.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven medical note‑taking tools.
• Access and navigation of clinical knowledge banks.
• Understanding of two‑factor authentication and ISMS 27001 security protocols.
