About the role

InstantScripts is seeking experienced doctors and general practitioners to provide patient‑centred telehealth consultations across Australia. Working as an independent contractor, you will deliver high‑quality care from the comfort of your home while adhering to rigorous clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations using InstantScripts’ secure telehealth platform.
• Provide evidence‑based medical advice, diagnosis, and prescriptions.
• Utilise My Health Records and AI‑assisted tools for note‑taking and clinical decision support.
• Maintain compliance with AHPRA regulations and InstantScripts’ governance framework.
• Collaborate with a network of doctors for peer support and clinical guidance.

Required profile

• Right to work in Australia (no sponsorship).
• Current AHPRA registration without restrictions.
• Minimum PGY4 experience, preferably in General Medicine, Emergency Medicine or General Practice.
• Residency completed in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health records (My Health Records).
• Experience using AI‑enabled medical documentation tools.
• Ability to operate secure, two‑factor authenticated platforms.
