About the role

We are looking for qualified doctors to deliver telehealth consultations across Australia, from bustling cities to remote outback locations. As a member of Updoc’s virtual care platform, you will provide safe, high‑quality medical advice to patients wherever they are.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video or phone consultations with patients throughout Australia, including remote regions.
• Utilise Updoc’s integrated technology tools and adhere to its clinical governance framework.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Maintain high standards of safety, trust and quality in all virtual interactions.

Required profile

• AHPRA‑registered medical practitioner.
• Passion for telehealth and improving access to care.
• Commitment to clinical safety, quality and governance.
• Willingness to work flexibly from any location in Australia.

Required skills

• Experience delivering medical consultations via telehealth platforms.
