Tele Services Enrolled Nurse (Casual)

About the role

Join Unified Healthcare Group’s Tele Services team as an Enrolled Nurse on a casual basis. You will liaise with medical practitioners, manage client portfolios and support the exchange of health information through the medEbridge® platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring caseloads meet service level agreement timeframes.
• Book appointments and conduct interviews with GPs and specialists.
• Write accurate case notes in the medEbridge® platform.
• Maintain relationship management between clients and UHG.
• Perform data entry and ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Enrolled Nurse with knowledge of clinical health practitioner workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Sound keyboard skills and general technological savviness.
