About the role

We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Human Resource Planning (HRP) consultant to join our growing team. The role is full‑time, permanent and remote, supporting Australian clients as they implement and optimise TechnologyOne HRP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and deployment of TechnologyOne HRP products for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert advice on Human Resource Planning best practices and system optimisation.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Solid consulting experience with TechnologyOne HRP implementations.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality solutions and exceptional customer service.

Required skills

• TechnologyOne HRP product experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Planning systems.
• Proven consulting expertise in ERP/HRP environments.
