About the role

We are looking for a TechnologyOne Consultant to join a growing consulting firm in Canberra. You will work on end‑to‑end implementations for Federal Government clients, gaining hands‑on experience across discovery, configuration, testing, training, go‑live and stabilisation phases.

Key responsibilities

• Support TechnologyOne projects from discovery through go‑live and post‑implementation stabilisation.
• Capture client requirements, document processes and translate needs into system configurations.
• Assist senior consultants with configuration tasks and contribute to testing activities, including test script creation, UAT support and defect logging.
• Develop and deliver training materials, conduct sessions and provide on‑site floor walking.
• Help clients manage change through clear communication and ongoing support.
• Improve and maintain reusable project templates and assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on TechnologyOne configuration experience.
• Exposure to one or more modules such as Financials, Assets, SCM or HR.
• Australian citizenship (required for Federal Government work).
• Willingness to be based in Canberra and travel to client sites as needed.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders.
