Technical Writer

About the role

Magentus is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Writer to join the Product team supporting the Clinical Diagnostics portfolio across APAC. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and subject‑matter experts to create clear, user‑friendly documentation that drives product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve user manuals, product documentation and release‑related content.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers and product managers to gather and validate technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and aligned with product releases.
• Identify and implement improvements to documentation processes, templates and tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, software documentation or content development.
• Experience in technology, healthcare, pathology or clinical diagnostics is highly regarded.
• Exceptional written communication with strong attention to detail, grammar and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet release timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Confluence.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar software development lifecycle tools.
